Salmon Spinach Salad
First, let me remind you that I am a Foodie. That said, I have become more mindful of my blood sugar and cholesterol levels. There are still so many delicious healthy options to boost your heart health. This salad is one of my faves.
Ingredients:
- Salmon Filet- season with cajun seasoning, garlic powder and onion powder
- Fresh baby spinach
- Dried Cranberries
- Assorted nuts & seeds (Pepita seeds, sunflower seeds, cashews, etc.)
- Salad dressing of your choice (But not too much!)
Directions:
- Broil salmon for 3-5 minutes
- Mix all other ingredients together in a bowl
- Pour mixed salad into a dinner bowl
- Place Salmon on top of salad
- Enjoy!!
